Privacy

We handle only the information needed to run the journal.

This notice explains what the service processes and how users can exercise their rights.

Effective August 24, 2026

1. Information processed

  • Email address, display name, and account identifier from Google sign-in
  • Trading records, notes, strategies, and emotional state entered by the user
  • Chart images and annotations uploaded by the user
  • CSV or Excel data selected for record import
  • Connection, error, and device information used for security and service improvement

2. Purposes

  • Authentication and per-account record storage
  • Trading-journal statistics
  • Security, troubleshooting, and product improvement

3. Storage and processors

Member information, trade records, and uploaded images may be stored and processed through Supabase. Guest data remains in browser storage. Vercel is used to deploy and deliver the service.

4. File import

Record import reads the file selected by the user in the browser and converts only values that can be verified. The complete file is not sent to an external AI service without separate notice. If a user chooses an external AI to format a file, that provider’s privacy terms apply.

5. Analytics, advertising, and billing

Vercel Web Analytics is used to understand visits. When advertising is enabled, Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies. When paid features are enabled, Paddle may process information needed for payment, tax, subscription status, and refunds.

6. Retention and deletion

Information is deleted when it is no longer needed or when a valid deletion request is received, unless retention is required by law. Individual entries and all trading records can be deleted in the service. Account deletion may be requested by email.
